For Owners:

• You agree to provide accurate details of your vehicle, including condition, insurance, and availability.

• You are responsible for ensuring your car is roadworthy, safe, and legally compliant.

• You must maintain valid insurance coverage for your vehicle.

4. Payments

• Service fees may apply for listings, rentals, or transactions.

• Refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Liability

• We do not guarantee the condition, performance, or legality of vehicles listed by users.

• Damage, resell, or misuse rented vehicles.

• Circumvent our platform to avoid paying fees.
